Position: VP of Network Infrastructure Construction
Remote must sit in Toronto, CAN
Pay Rate: $200,000-$275,000 Salary Based on Experience plus Commission

Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
- 10+ years managing large-scale telecom, wireless, or network infrastructure projects.
- 5+ years in an Executive or director-level construction management role.
- Proven success delivering complex indoor wired and wireless networks over 500k square feet.
- Deep understanding of DAS architectures, small cells, RAN, and Wi-Fi 6E/7 frameworks
- Proficiency in reading MEP drawings, structural layouts, and utilizing Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools
- Expert-level mastery of scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Summary: The VP of Infrastructure Construction and Deployment leads the physical build-out of unified network environments. This executive oversees the engineering, construction, and scaling of indoor connectivity systems. These include 5G cellular, Wi-Fi, CBRS, IoT, and fiber distribution. The role ensures multi-service networks deploy on time, within budget, and to strict performance standards. Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Scalable deployment strategies: Establish execution frameworks for high-density venues, enterprise campuses, and multi-tenant high-rises.
- Capital budget management: Oversee multi-million dollar CAPEX budgets, forecasting costs and tracking financial variances. Infrastructure Construction Infrastructure Construction
- Standard operating procedures: Define unified engineering guidelines, safety protocols, and quality control metrics.
- Cross-functional alignment: Coordinate with RF engineering, product teams, commercial sales, and operations executives.
Construction & Vendor Management
- General contractor oversight: Select, vet, and manage third-party construction vendors, electrical contractors, and integrators.
- Contract and MSA negotiations: Secure favourable terms, Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Supply chain continuity: Partner with procurement to secure fiber, routing equipment, small cells, and framing infrastructure.
- Permitting and jurisdiction: Navigate local building codes, zoning regulations, NEPA/National Historic Preservation compliance, and landlord approvals.
