This multifaceted role calls for a leader who can foster inclusivity, strengthen community connections, and enhance audience experiences while maintaining financial and operational integrity. Key Responsibilities:
- Shape the gallery's strategic vision and community impact
- Engage diverse audiences and promote participatory art initiatives
- Facilitate partnerships with educational and cultural institutions
- Secure funding through creative revenue-generating strategies
- Inspire and lead a diverse team to achieve gallery objectives Requirements:
- At least 10 years of senior management experience
- Demonstrated leadership in arts and cultural sectors
- Master’s degree in relevant fields preferred
- Strong community engagement and networking abilities
