Research labs hire Members of Technical Staff: no title ladders, no narrow lanes - just people trusted to own hard problems end to end. We hire the same way for creative.
As a Member of Creative Staff, you own outcomes, not tasks. You don't have to do everything yourself - you'll work with editors, strategists, and clients - but when something is yours, it's yours. You can take anything from an idea to 100: concept, script, production, edit, publish, iterate. Wherever your hands stop, your ownership doesn't.
What you'll do Own creative for client accounts and launches from first concept to final numbers
Write hooks and scripts that earn the next three seconds, again and again
Direct, shoot, and edit short-form video - or direct the people who do




Study what performed and why, then feed it back into the next piece
Raise the bar on everything we ship, including work that isn't yours
What we look for You've made creative that traveled - your own account, a brand, a client. Receipts over résumés.
You can carry an idea from zero to published without waiting to be told what's next
You know why something worked, not just that it worked
You have taste - and you refuse to ship the version that's merely fine
You move rapid and care anyway
No minimum years of experience. No degree requirement. The work is the credential.
Compensation $80K-200K. The range is wide because the title is flat: we pay for what you can do, not how long you've done it.
