truck driver or route driver job in Montreal with steady hours and no weekends? Join McKesson as a Class 3 Delivery Driver and play a critical role in delivering medical supplies to healthcare facilities across the region. This is a stable, day‑shift driving job with local routes where you return home daily.
Location: Montreal, QC
Role Type: Full-Time, Unionized
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting 5:00 AM (No weekends)
Guaranteed 40 hours paid per week.
Pay: Starting wage scale of $27.40 to $35.11 per hour + paid overtime, as established by the collective agreement.
Candidates with previous pharmaceutical delivery experience may be eligible for a higher starting wage based on their qualifications and experience.
Route Type: Local deliveries (home daily)
Requirements: Class 3 license with F endorsement

Provide excellent customer service at delivery sites
Complete daily delivery documentation and tasks

Required Qualifications Valid Class3 driver’s license with F endorsement
Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials throughout shift
Strong reliability, punctuality, and independence
Basic reading, writing,



and arithmetic skills
Ability to communicate in French
Experience with local delivery driving
Familiarity with Montreal routes and geography
Preferred Qualifications Experience using liftgates or pallet jacks
Background in distribution, logistics, or transportation roles
Strong customer‑facing experience
