In this full-time leadership position, you will ensure excellence in resident care by guiding both clinical and non-clinical teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support all community team members

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
• Minimum five years in healthcare leadership
• Two years’ clinical experience in seniors care
• Strong understanding of long-term care regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare systems
