The YMCA is currently seeking a Workshop Facilitator to contribute to community engagement through interactive educational workshops. This role requires experience in developing workshop materials and facilitating learning sessions for youth and mentors. Strong communication skills and a commitment to diversity and inclusion are crucial for success in this impactful position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain workshop materials and curriculum
• Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person workshops
• Document attendance and maintain confidentiality of data




• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts
• Collaborate with team members on participant progress

Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in relevant field
• Minimum two years of group facilitation experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of community resources and challenges for Black youth
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
