training and performance discussions Coach the team on the Ashley Sales Approach, product knowledge, promotions and guest engagement Review performance trends and implement action plans Ensure every guest receives exceptional service Partner with the General Sales Manager and Store Operations Team on store priorities Maintain showroom standards and ensure policies and processes are followed Support the attraction, onboarding and retention of a strong team What You Bring 3–5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in retail or hospitality Experience coaching a team accountable for performance targets Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills Ability to interpret results and turn them into clear actions Post-secondary education is an asset; equivalent experience will be considered Availability for days, evenings and weekends Satisfactory Criminal Record Check may be required
