Fairmont Gold Attendant (Luxury Lounge Attendant)
Fairmont Gold is a special place! The personalized service provided as you greet your guests at check‑in or serve them in the private lounge, will show them that you truly care. The luxury our guests experience and the memories you make as a Fairmont Gold Server will create a sense of loyalty that will ensure their return.
This is a full‑time, seasonal position, beginning in May 2026 .
Starting Rate of Pay: $22.70 per hour. We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $26.55.
Job Duties Include
- Provide Food & Beverage service in the Gold Lounge and ensure menu and food presentation is in keeping with Fairmont Gold standards
- Develop and maintain strong Guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
Qualifications
- Previous customer related and serving experience preferred
- BC Serving It Right Qualification required
- Must possess a professional presentation
