Your job duties will be:
Prepare and cook Japanese menu items including Katsu, Udon, Donburi, and etc.
Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service.
Maintain food quality and food safety standards.
Keep the kitchen and work area clean and organized.
Monitor inventory and assist with food storage.
Uphold health and safety standards and regulations in the kitchen
Clean work area.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of cook experience
Completion of high school
English
