Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff across the property portfolio

• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and guidelines
• Review financial reports and assess property performance
• Visit properties regularly to address resident concerns

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of supervisory property management experience
• Knowledge of California Tax Credit and housing programs
• Experience with the Fair Housing Act
• Proficient in Yardi Property Management software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
