Responsibilities Gathering hiring data/headcount in partnership with manager and finance office team
Working directly with hiring managers and leaders
Acting as consultants sharing market insights
Conducting coffee chats and presentations to recruit students
Competitive intelligence and guidance on recruitment processes
Proposing solutions and being advisors to the business
Developing effective student-engaging events and avenues to drive applications and quality candidates
Leveraging tech tools to support candidate journey flow and data reporting
Must Have Skills 2-3 years of campus recruitment experience with demonstrated success leading early talent, campus, or graduate recruitment initiatives.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the country from September through November for campus recruitment activities.

Proven track record building and leading high-performing, energetic recruitment teams.
Exceptional communication skills that inspire and engage students, peers, and senior leaders alike.

Nice To Have Skills Banking/Financial Experience
Bilingual (English and French)
Advanced experience with recruitment platforms like Workday, Phenom, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools.
Background in supporting revenue generating function, Corporate Finance, large-scale institutional environments.
Knowledge of organizational development, talent pipeline planning
Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor partnerships.
