Job Description
Review and analysis of contract documents to develop clear, realistic construction schedules, preliminary schedules, during the procurement phase
Support development of the most effective tracking process and standard operating procedures to be utilized during the construction phase
Participate in regular meetings across multiple mixed-use residential projects
Forecast and report schedule highlights and restrictions to team members
Communicate the reasons for schedule variances and propose solutions
Provide regular analysis and metrics to key stakeholders on a weekly basis
Participate in the implementation of operating procedures to support the successful delivery of projects

The Successful Applicant
5-10+ years experience in a similar role working on large ICI and Institutional (Healthcare) projects with over $100MM-$200M value
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or similar
Successful completion of courses in project management or PMP designation (Preferred)
Proficiency with scheduling software, with a strong preference placed on MS Project
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Primevera
Ability to coordinate multiple schedules, solve schedule conflicts under pressure and understanding the complex construction sequence
Able to operate in a high-growth work environment and collaborate with team to accomplish milestones
Have taken courses or certifications in project management or have PMP designation
