About the position

As a Public Tenders Specialist, you will play akey role in managing public sector tenders.You will be responsible for the analysis, preparation, and submission of bids,while actively contributing to business development, profitability, andcustomer loyalty.

As a Public Tenders Specialist, you will:

Develop business opportunities with existingclients and identify new growth opportunities, providing recommendations tomanagement;

Manage the full RFP process: requirementanalysis, internal coordination, pricing structure development, and bidpreparation;

Conduct profitability analysis (costs, margins,transportation, contractual conditions) and recommend bidding strategies;

Prepare, submit, and track bids, whilemaintaining accurate records and communicating results;

Collaborate with sales and operations teams tooptimize performance and profitability;

Will you be our next Public Tenders Specialist?

You hold a degree in business administration ora related field;

You have experience in public tenders or asimilar role, with a solid understanding of the bidding process;

You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with data analysis and manipulation;

You have robust adaptability, excellentorganizational and prioritization skills, and solid communication and follow-upabilities;

You are fluent in both French and English,spoken and written (English is required to communicate with ourEnglish-speaking teams).
