This position demands expertise in management reporting and financial analysis, alongside a knack for driving transparency in cost allocation. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic financial planning and forecasting across GRM and CLAO
• Ensure effective financial controls in partnership with Financial Control
• Identify process improvements, leveraging automation and KPIs




• Manage Finance relationships providing insightful business analysis
• Deliver comprehensive reporting for performance measurement frameworks

Requirements:
• 7-10 years in management reporting and analysis
• CPA, CFA, or Finance MBA strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Solid communication skills for executive interactions
• Excellent conflict resolution and change management ability
