In this role, you will serve as a key advisor to HR leaders and stakeholders. With a focus on competitive compensation policies and programs, you will enhance employee motivation and drive performance. Collaborating with senior management, you will provide insights from market analyses and implement guidelines to align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement compensation policies in collaboration with leadership
• Administer programs in line with Company compensation philosophy
• Conduct job evaluations and maintain documentation




• Lead compensation projects to support organizational strategies
• Analyze market data to inform compensation practices

Requirements:
• Five years of progressive compensation experience
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Bilingual in English and French
