We are looking for a Warehouse Associate for our Edmonton branch.

The role is responsible for ensuring that product is moved in and out of the warehouse appropriately, safely, and in a timely manner. This role is responsible for the logistical planning of transportation, packaging and assembling, documentation, and movement of product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Receiving and tagging of the product for jobs and stock inventory

· Sorting and handling various products in the warehouse

· Pulling orders to get ready for production and for shipping

· Load and unload trucks, package items, and deliver and pick up goods as needed

· Completing and filing appropriate paperwork such as BOLs, waybills, customs documents, packing slips

· Oversee, maintain, and replenish inventory, ensure that cycle counts are conducted accurately and consistently





· Use material handling machinery to move product when needed, and operate small hand tools for minor repairs or assembly of product

· Ensure that equipment and workspace is functional, including performing daily inspections of material handling equipment, identifying and rectifying hazards

· Troubleshoot discrepancies, appropriately handle OS&Ds; (Over/Short/Damaged product), redirecting them to leadership where necessary

· Observe and adhere to all safety policies and identify and report unsafe work practices or conditions

· Provide an exceptional level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Education and/or Experience

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· 1+ years Warehouse Experience

· Forklift operating experience an asset

· Microsoft Office / Warehouse management software experience

Practical/Technical Skills

· Attention to detail

· Proven ability to complete work in a safe, accurate, and timely manner

· LeanSixSigma training would also be an asset.

· Accurate data entry and computer literacy
