About the Role

Wagonmaster is looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Associate to join our Kitchener team.

This is primarily a warehouse position, with occasional customer deliveries and equipment support.

We're looking for someone who is practical, handy, willing to learn, and comfortable working with their hands. You don't need previous equipment repair experience — we can train you.

If you like staying busy, figuring things out, and having some variety in your day, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

- Receive, pick, pack, and organize inventory
- Prepare customer orders and maintain inventory accuracy
- Load and move products, drums, and equipment
- Make occasional customer deliveries when coverage is needed
- Provide delivery coverage during vacations, illness, or busy periods
- Help maintain and prepare equipment for customers
- Learn to perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs
- Help troubleshoot simple equipment issues
- Prepare equipment for customer deliveries and demonstrations
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate inventory or customer issues to the Warehouse Manager

- Comfortable using basic tools




- Willing to learn equipment maintenance and repair
- Comfortable working in a physically active environment
- Organized and able to stay on top of multiple tasks

Previous experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, delivery, parts, manufacturing, construction, automotive, maintenance, or other hands-on work is an asset. You don't need to know how to repair our equipment when you start. We'll provide training.

Requirements

- Valid driver's licence
- Able to lift approximately 50 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working on your feet and in a physically active environment
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Willing to learn and take on different responsibilities
- Forklift experience is an asset — training can be provided
