Warehouse Associate I

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)

Pay: $19.00 per hour

About the Role

Quality Classrooms is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and self-reliant Warehouse Associate I to support our daily warehouse operations. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, can work independently with minimal supervision, and contribute positively to a team environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and capable of thinking critically to solve problems and make sound decisions in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or similar work environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately pick, verify, package, and prepare orders for shipment
- Prepare shipping documents, labels, and outbound shipments
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
- Organize inventory and maintain warehouse accuracy
- Update order and inventory information using warehouse systems
- Perform cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies
- Assist with customer pickups and general warehouse housekeeping
- Receive inbound shipments and inspect products for damage
- Support LTL shipments and other warehouse functions as required

- Basic computer skills; warehouse management system experience is an asset
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to regularly lift up to 35 lbs and occasionally up to 70 lbs
