Job Overview The Warehouse Clerical involves clerical support, package handling, and customer interaction within a fast-paced logistics setting. The Warehouse Clerical will be working with parcel data systems, communicating with customers, and supporting package flow in the cage area.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Respond to internal and external emails regarding packages and delivery issues.

· Update and correct parcel addresses in the system to ensure accurate delivery.

· Scan packages into the GPD system and ensure proper documentation.

· Move packages from carts to shelves in the designated cage area.

· Perform general clerical duties related to package tracking and documentation.

· Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.

· Collaborate with staff to resolve package-related issues efficiently.

· Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy in all clerical tasks.

Job Requirements

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively interact with a variety of people at all levels of the organization.



This includes but is not limited to; telephone communication, listening skills, oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution skills and decision-making skills.

· Basic computer proficiency, including email communication and data entry.

· A high level of initiative and self-motivation along with a willingness to learn new skills within the organization as needed by management.

· Aptitude for problem solving in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail as well as an ability to work under pressure in a high-volume production environment where quality is a top priority.

· Reliable and punctual.

· Should have reliable transportation to get to/from work.

· Review and abide by company policies and procedures.

· Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.

· Good time management and organizational skills.

· Able to follow directions.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

· Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.

· Hard-working and team player.

Certifications/Requirements

· High school diploma or GED.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, and Word.
