Role Overview
The Cashier will be responsible for handling transactions and providing a positive shopping experience for our diverse local customer base. The role also involves supporting daily store operations and assisting with basic marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle transactions efficiently.
Greet customers and provide assistance in both English and Mandarin..
Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse operations
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Handle returns or exchanges following company policies.
Assist with general daily store tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to support our customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations
Proficient in Canva for basic design tasks.
Video editing skills are a plus.
Strong attention to detail, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Previous retail or cashier experience is an asset.
