Location: Ohsweken, Ontario

Pay: Competitive | 3-Month Probationary Period

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee our warehouse operations in Ohsweken. This is a key leadership role requiring strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

· - Oversee daily warehouse workflow and ensure operational efficiency

· - Coordinate and schedule pickers, packers, and drivers

· - Prepare orders for Toronto area stores

· - Monitor inventory levels for Toronto stores and warehouse

· - Process and investigate store returns and inventory discrepancies

· - Maintain and manage exotic flower inventory and jarred flower stock

· - Monitor store sales and track flower movement





· - Conduct quality control checks and verify product counts

· - Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs) and roots for drivers

· - Communicate regularly with store managers, area managers, and the president

· - Support drivers with any issues encountered while on the road

· - Order stock and supplies as needed and monitor wholesale activity

· - Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures

· - Adjust pricing and update POS systems as required

· - Create and manage employee profiles in the system

· - Track employee purchases and work with the security team to resolve discrepancies

· - Act as a liaison between warehouse staff and upper management

· - Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

· - Proven experience in warehouse or operations management

· - Excellent organizational and leadership skills

· - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

· - Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

· - Familiarity with inventory systems and POS platforms

· - Cannabis industry experience is a strong asset

· - Must be 25 years of age or older

· - Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
