Roche Bobois is seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative & Delivery Helper to support daily logistics operations both in the warehouse and on local delivery routes in the Vancouver area. The ideal candidate is highly dependable, communicates clearly, and takes pride in maintaining a productive and respectful work environment while helping ensure a premium customer experience.

ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations

- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock (pick, unload, label, protect, store)
- Keep a clean and safe working environment
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or process issues immediately
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily tasks
- Follow quality service standards and comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations

Delivery Support

- Assist delivery partner with loading, unloading, and transporting furniture and home furnishings to customer locations
- Help ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Carefully handle, carry, and position furniture inside customers' homes while protecting products and property from damage




- Assist with furniture assembly and setup as needed
- Maintain a qualified and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers
- Follow all safety procedures while working on delivery routes and at customer locations

Requirements

- Proven working experience as a warehouse worker, delivery helper, furniture mover, or similar role
- Strong track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work both in a warehouse environment and on local delivery routes
- Ability to lift and move 50 lbs or more repeatedly throughout the shift, with team lifting of heavier items when required
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday

Preferred Skills

- Experience with furniture delivery, moving, or installation
- Experience with furniture assembly (e.g., attaching legs, tightening fittings)
- Naturally organized and neat, with attention to maintaining clean work areas
- Familiarity with customer-facing work environments and professional in-home service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
