Requirements
- Applicants must currently reside in Calgary, Alberta.
- Previous temperature-controlled cross-dock experience is required.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience handling fresh and frozen freight.
- Experience operating a counterbalance electric forklift is required.
- Reach truck experience is considered an asset.
About the Role Action Force Transport is looking for a dedicated, reliable, and skilled Forklift Driver / Dock Worker to join our Calgary operations team.
As a temperature-controlled LTL/FTL carrier, we specialize in transporting fresh and frozen freight to major food distributors, retailers, and grocery stores.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working in both:
- Fresh refrigerated dock: approximately 34°F / 1°C
- Freezer environment: approximately -5°F / -21°C
