Position: Warehouse Reciever (Material Handler)

Location: 2095 Meadowvale Blvd. Mississauga, ON.

Pay Rate: $22/hr

Shift Schedule: Nights (Sunday to Thursday | 11:00pm - 7:00am) Must be available for training on the day shift

Receive and inspect all bulk ingredients (e.g., flour, yeast, oil, sugar) and incoming packaging materials.

Load and unload storage trailers and stage materials for daily production schedules. Perform material weight inspections and four-week inventory material checks. Assist in receiving sanitation and maintenance supplies.

Support shipping activities and expedite orders as needed. Conduct data entry related to material movement in SAP. Perform cycle counts and physical month-end inventory counts per schedule. Document material and supply deviations or deficiencies following SOPs.

Maintain a safe, secure work environment and adhere to FIFO stock management. Manage CHEP pallet inbound/outbound activity and report to the CHEP coordinator weekly. Conduct quarterly racking inspections within the plant.

Perform general housekeeping and support production as needed

Requirements

Forklift Operator License and Raymond Reach certificate required





Heavy lifting Required Able to perform duties in a cold environment, occasionally a freezer environment.

Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Excellent attendance record.

Strong computer skills: Email, Excel, Word– experience on SAP is an asset Flexibility to stay after scheduled hours in case of late deliveries.

Flexible to work on off-regular schedule dates to perform period end inventory.

Excellent attention to detail and good organization skills.

Must be a team player.
