Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Warehouse/Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting warehouse operations while providing exceptional sales and customer service in a retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for technology and product demonstrations.

Duties

- Assist customers by providing product information, demonstrations, and technical sales support
- Manage merchandise displays, stock levels, and product placement to optimize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers
- Upsell additional products or accessories to increase sales volume
- Maintain organized stock areas and ensure products are properly merchandised
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Handle cashiering duties including processing payments accurately and efficiently
- Support warehouse functions such as receiving shipments, organizing inventory,



and preparing products for display or sale
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and storage areas

Requirements

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and professionally
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Ability to work well within a team while also demonstrating independence when needed
- Fork lift certified would be an asset
