**Job Title:**
Asset Registry Analyst I
**Location:**
Edmonton, AB
**Work Schedule:**
(Hybrid work model: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office / Wednesday, Friday remote)
Our client is seeking a Asset Registry Analyst I to join their team.
As a Asset Registry Analyst I, you will be part of the Asset Information Management department supporting engineering and operational teams.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and a cooperative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
Apply established guidelines and procedures to support data improvement activities within Asset Information Management (AIM) repositories.
Review, manage, and close service requests, including validating project turnover documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Update and maintain asset records, location hierarchies, and attributes in Maximo, ensuring alignment with standardized processes.
Identify data gaps and collaborate with engineering records, drawings, operations, and project teams to resolve discrepancies.
Support backlog reduction through bulk data cleanup, prioritization of service requests, and continuous workflow improvements.
**Qualifications:**
Related university degree or technical diploma in Engineering or a related field, with exposure to oil & gas operations or technologies.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures and decision rules.
Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings to extract relevant information.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document management tools, with strong organization, prioritization, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
