**Job Title:**
Data Administrator
**Location:**
Edmonton, AB
**Shift:**
8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Our client is seeking a Data Administrator to join their team.

As a Data Administrator, you will be part of the Supply Chain and Inventory Management departments supporting global teams.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
Maintain and support the ERP (SAP S4/HANA) database to ensure optimal performance, operation, and stability.

Develop and update dashboards and reports for Demand Planning and Inventory activities.

Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and inventory teams to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.

Troubleshoot database issues and implement systemic resolutions across global teams.

Train team members on system functionalities and develop process improvements to enhance efficiency.
**Qualifications:**
High school diploma; post-secondary education is an asset.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, especially with incomplete or inconsistent data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.

Experience with Manufacturing Operations, ERP systems, and Inventory Management.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, MS Teams, and SAP S4/HANA.
