The
**Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst**
is a senior-level role responsible for leading the design, implementation, and enhancement of application systems and programs.

This position drives systems analysis and programming activities, ensuring technical excellence and strategic alignment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Technical Leadership & Architecture:**
Provide expert guidance in application design, setting coding standards, debugging, and implementation.

Deliver in-depth analysis and innovative solutions for complex system challenges.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
Partner with management, Dev

Ops, platform, security, and infrastructure teams to integrate functions, define enhancements for new products, and effectively communicate with stakeholders and vendors.
**Project Management & Problem Solving:**
Lead and manage high-impact projects, resolving complex business and system issues.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of business and infrastructure integration.
**Mentorship & Team Development:**
Coach and advise mid-level developers, allocating work and fostering skill development.
**Risk Management & Compliance:**
Assess and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, safeguarding the firm's reputation, and adhering to ethical practices.

Transparently manage and report control issues.
**Qualifications:**
**Experience:**
6+ years of progressive experience in system analysis, programming, and designing/developing large-scale enterprise applications.
5+ years in enterprise integration, middleware, and distributed systems.

Proven ability to lead and manage successful projects; a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one application development area.

Exceptional problem-solving, adaptability, and clear communication skills.
**Core Technical Skills (Required):**
**Enterprise Integration & Middleware:**
Deep expertise in Red Hat/Apache Camel, Spring Framework (Boot, Integration, MVC), IBM MQ/JMS, RESTful APIs, SOAP, and event-driven architectures.
**Full-Stack Development:**
Strong Java expertise, full-stack development experience, working knowledge of Oracle Database, and proficiency in modern frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, Java

Script, React/Angular/Vue).
**Container Orchestration & Cloud Platforms:**
Hands-on experience with Open

Shift and solid understanding of Kubernetes (pods, deployments, services, etc.).

Ops & Development Tools:**
Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and logging/monitoring/observability tools.
**AI & Modern Development Capabilities (Required):**
**AI-Assisted Development & Autonomous Software Engineering:**
Deep understanding and practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Devin.ai, Git

Hub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Claude Code), including autonomous software engineering agents.
**Agentic AI Concepts:**
Extensive hands-on experience with Agentic AI, autonomous development workflows, AI-assisted debugging/testing, end-to-end task execution by AI agents, human-AI collaboration patterns, and agent orchestration.
**Generative AI Exposure (Recommended):**
**Gen-AI Full-Stack Development:**
Experience with Python and Java, backend frameworks (Spring Boot/Core, Flask/FastAPI), modern Java

Script frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), and designing scalable, cloud-native applications.
**Gen-AI Concepts & Frameworks:**
Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, agent workflows, vector search, and familiarity with frameworks like Lang

Chain, Lang

Graph, MLflow.

Experience integrating Gen-AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) is a plus.
**Cloud Platforms:**
Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
**Preferred Skills:**
Experience with cloud-native integration, microservices, Agile/Scrum.

Exposure to observability, tracing, performance tuning.

Strong documentation and technical design writing skills.
**Education:**
Bachelor's/University degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology or equivalent experience.
