Insight Global is looking for an Equipment Warehouse Labourer / Driver to support one of Canada's leading construction organizations in Edmonton, AB.
This position is responsible for the organization, maintenance, distribution, and transportation of tools, materials, and light construction equipment used across active construction projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, maintaining a safe and organized equipment yard, and ensuring construction sites receive the tools and equipment required to operate efficiently.
The Equipment Warehouse Labourer / Driver will assist with equipment inspections, tool cleaning, order picking, loading and unloading deliveries, warehouse housekeeping, and transportation of tools, materials, and small equipment to construction sites.
This role requires a physically capable individual with solid safety awareness, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.

Skills and Requirements
• 1+ years of experience working in a warehouse, equipment yard, construction environment, labour position, or similar hands-on role
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding labour • Experience operating larger vehicles, cube vans, flat decks, or trucks used for equipment and material deliveries
• Experience working in a tool crib, equipment rental setting, warehouse, or construction equipment yard
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment including:
○ Jackhammers
○ Drills and rotary hammers
○ Pumps and generators
○ Air compressors
○ Hand tools and power tools
• First Aid and CPR certification
Experience receiving, picking, and fulfilling inventory or tool requests
