Completions Technician

Our client is seeking a Completions Technician to join their team.

As a Completions Technician, you will be part of the project support team, assisting with critical completion processes and smart completions activities across all project phases.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive thinking, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
Support Completions processes and Smart Completions activities from construction turnover to operations handover under the guidance of the Completions Manager.

Maintain preservation records data in Smart

Completions, including updates based on Material Receiving Reports (MRR) and technical queries.

Participate in meetings and discussions with preservation contractors and construction teams to ensure project alignment.

Assist in auditing uploaded checksheets and support project documentation management for quality assurance.

Support the handover process of systems, ensuring readiness for commissioning and energization, while collaborating with engineering, construction, quality, and operations teams.
**Qualifications:**
5-10 years of experience in document management and completions activities within large-scale projects.

Experience with Hexagon Smart

Completions software is preferred.

Familiarity with quality documentation, turnover processes, and construction/commissioning inspection records.

Ability to read P&ID;’s, SLD’s, and other technical documentation.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
