Job Description
Lead and evolve the organization’s global Master Data Management (MDM) function, driving improvements in data governance, process efficiency, and operational ownership across key domains including customer, vendor, material, and financial data.

This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day MDM operations, building structure and accountability within the team, and transitioning the function from manual, siloed processes to standardized, scalable, and automated workflows.

You will partner closely with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure master data supports critical business processes such as Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.

The position requires a hands-on leader who can stabilize a non-mature environment, improve turnaround times, and implement a global, ERP-agnostic data framework.

Skills and Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related operations roles
- Experience working across ERP environments (not overly tied to a single system) with strong stakeholder management skills
- Robust understanding of end-to-end business processes (Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash)
- Proven experience building or transforming MDM functions (governance, structure, ownership, process improvement)
- Experience leading teams and driving change in a non-mature or evolving environment
