Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) that is responsible for bridging business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver optimized solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) and Business Central (BC).
This role focuses on requirements gathering, process improvement, solution design validation, testing coordination, and production support across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of ERP Business Analyst experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O; and/or Business Central.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and inventory/costing processes. • Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred.
• Robust stakeholder management skills.
