Position Summary The Senior Analyst, Strategy & Planning will support the development and execution of strategic priorities for Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS). The role will focus on business planning, performance management, and the launch and scaling of new initiatives. Working cross‑functionally, the Senior Analyst will use data, market insights, and business analysis to identify opportunities, develop recommendations, and drive initiatives from planning through execution.
What You’ll Do Lead and support the development of the WFS Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Plan, aligning business priorities, goals, and key initiatives.
Monitor business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations to improve results.
Support the development, launch, and scaling of new business initiatives, including implementation planning, milestone tracking, and performance measurement.
Partner with Account Management and cross‑functional teams to develop and monitor program strategies, including seller incentives and discount programs.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform business strategy, pricing, and growth opportunities.
Develop business cases and recommendations for new programs, operational improvements, and strategic opportunities.
Build and maintain reporting dashboards and performance metrics to track progress against business objectives.
Prepare executive‑level presentations and business reviews to communicate performance, priorities, risks, and opportunities.
Partner across Finance, Supply Chain, E‑commerce, Product, and other teams to drive execution of WFS strategic priorities and resolve business challenges.
Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in strategy, business operations, planning, analytics, or program management, preferably within retail, CPG, 3PL, logistics, e‑commerce, or marketplace environments.
University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
MBA preferred.




Strong business acumen with experience using data and insights to drive business decisions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage cross‑functional initiatives and drive projects from planning through execution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, R, and/or Python is an asset.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to support research, analysis, automation, and productivity.

The pay range for this position is $74,000.00 - $101,750.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
