University of Copenhagen invites applications for a three-year PhD scholarship in Middle Eastern Archaeology, focusing on stylistic analysis of Levantine Epipalaeolithic and Neolithic chipped stone artefacts. The PhD is embedded in a cross-disciplinary Ancient Culture Studies section with fieldwork in Jordan and teaching duties.
The successful candidate will perform lithic analysis using morphometric methods, participate in data collection, and contribute to workshops and academic dissemination.
