As the Software Engineering Team Lead, you'll manage an agile pod while contributing to the core platform's development. You'll write secure and efficient Python and Django code, lead sprint ceremonies, and mentor fellow developers. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the product roadmap through collaboration with Product Managers while ensuring delivery aligns with technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Write, review, and maintain Python and Django code
• Lead sprint planning, grooming, and standups




• Mentor developers during code reviews and design sessions
• Collaborate with product managers on technical alignment
• Own daily operations and unblock project hurdles

Requirements:
• 5+ years in software engineering within B2B SaaS
• Mastery of Python, Django, and REST APIs
• Proven leadership abilities in agile environments
• Solid problem-solving skills to make practical trade-offs
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
