Scrum Master / Project Manager
This is with a global IT services firm for a agency of Government of Canada in Ottawa.

Client Location is downtown Ottawa Ontario.

Hybrid - In Office 1-2 days per week. May consider remote

Contract - 6 months, possible renewal

Target rate range: $60-65hr B2B

Project Description:
Dedicated Scrum team to maintain and enhance client's mission-critical internal applications, primarily custom .NET/C# applications with a SQL Server database used to calculate deposit insurance coverage and process payouts during bank failures.

Responsibilities:
Work in collaboration with users, provide a mix of Scrum master, BA, and QA activities

Must have

University or College degree (Engineering or Computer Science preferred).

5+ yrs PM/SM;

5+ yrs managing app maintenance/support;

SOW negotiation experience

Nice to have

Agile scrum certification

Prior Govt of Canada experience.

NOTE:
Candidates must hold (or be able to obtain) Reliability Status security clearance from PWGSC
