ETL Data Tester - ETL Testing, Data Warehouse, SQL, UNIX/Linux, Informatica

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end testing of ETL processes, data pipelines, and Data Warehouse solutions

Validate source-to-target data mappings, data transformations, and business rules

Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for data validation

Perform data reconciliation, completeness, accuracy, and integrity checks across systems

Write complex SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and defect investigation

Utilize UNIX/Linux commands for file validation, batch job monitoring, and troubleshooting

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve defects





Support defect tracking, root cause analysis, and test reporting activities

Exposure to Informatica workflows, mappings, and ETL jobs is preferred

Experience with Python automation for test automation, data validation, and reporting will be considered a robust advantage
