**Bilingual (FR/EN) Associate or Sr.
Associate, Medical Information**
**Reports to: Senior Manager, Medical Information**
**Location: Mississauga Flexible Commuter**
What you will do

In this vital role you will answer and triage incoming inquiries to Amgen Medical Information.
Provides medical information responses for routine inquiries with high quality customer service and documents according to internal guidelines
Identifies and reports adverse events and product complaints within one business day
Processes medical information requests (e.g.
fulfillment) via email, fax, and postal mail as per internal guidelines
Provides after-hours on call support as needed via department cell phone, this will rotate amongst the team
Supports Medical Information Product Champions with literature searches and complex inquiries
Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures including product knowledge, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned

**Basic Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree
AND
Must be able to work 9am-5pm Eastern Time
AND
Must be French/English Bilingual
**Preferred Qualifications:**
MSc, PhD, PharmD, MBiotech
Experience in Medical or Drug Information
Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and/or strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple tasks
Demonstrated time management skills
Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently as needed
Practical experience in patient care
Outstanding computer and keyboarding skills (proficient in Microsoft Office)

the salary for this position in Canada is 80K - 110K CAD.
