Insight Global is seeking a Service
Now Developer for a 6-month contract (with possible extension and conversion to full-time) supporting a large-scale public sector Service
Now program.
This role is remote within Canada, with a preference for candidates working Western (BC) hours.
The Developer will be responsible for technical design, development, and configuration across multiple Service
Now initiatives, including ITSM, CMDB, Employee Centre, and service catalog enhancements.
The environment includes both project delivery and ongoing operational (AMS) support, requiring candidates who can quickly deploy, adapt, and contribute across workstreams.

• 5+ years of experience as a Service
Now Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with Service
Now development and configuration
• Experience with:
○ ITSM modules
○ Service Catalog
○ CMDB
○ Asset Management
• Experience in enterprise-level Service
Now environments
• Ability to support multiple concurrent projects
• Strong technical problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Experience working with technical architects and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work remotely in Canada aligned to PST/BC hours
• Proven ability to quickly ramp and deliver in fast-paced environments • Public sector experience
• French language skills
• Experience with Employee Centre and additional Service
Now modules
• Experience in AMS / production support environments
• Experience contributing to service catalog rebuilds or platform transformations
• Exposure to large-scale Service
Now programs (10+ concurrent initiatives)
