Insight Global is seeking a Service

Now Business Analyst for a 6-month contract (with possible extension and conversion to full-time) supporting a large public sector Service

Now program.

This role is fully remote across Canada, with a strong preference for candidates aligned to Western (BC) hours.

The Business Analyst will support a complex environment with up to 14 concurrent initiatives across ITSM, Employee Centre, service catalog rebuilds, CMDB, and application managed services (AMS).

This individual must be able to hit the ground running, lead requirements gathering, work directly with stakeholders, and support both project initiatives and operational enhancements.

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
• 5+ years of experience as a Service

Now Business Analyst
• Strong Service

Now platform experience, especially ITSM
• Hands-on experience with:
○ Service Catalog
○ CMDB
○ Asset Management
• Experience in large enterprise or public sector environments
• Solid client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
• Experience gathering requirements and working with technical + functional teams
• Ability to work remotely in Canada aligned to PST/BC hours
Ability to ramp quickly and contribute immediately Plusses:
• Public sector experience
• French language skills (for Eastern Canada coverage)
• Experience in Application Managed Services (AMS) environments
• Experience supporting service catalog rebuilds or transformations
• Exposure to Employee Centre or broader Service

Now modules
• Background working in large-scale, multi-project programs
