Position Summary The Warehouse Associate – Birdseed Production and Delivery is responsible for supporting all aspects of warehouse operations, production activities, inventory management, and customer deliveries. This role ensures that raw materials and finished products are received, stored, produced, and delivered safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service and complying with company policies

Responsibilities:

- Deliver birdseed products to retail stores, farm supply dealers, wholesalers, and customers throughout Ontario, while operating company delivery vehicles safely and professionally.
- Operate bagging, weighing, sealing, and labeling equipment.
- Prepare pallets of finished products for storage or shipment.
- Supply production areas with raw materials.
- Problem-solve production breakdowns and complete small repairs

Required Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.




- Basic reading, math, and computer skills.
- Solid customer service skills.

Physical Qualification Requirements: The employee must be able to:

- Lift and carry up to 25 kg (55 lbs) regularly.
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and climb as required.
- Load and unload trucks manually and with equipment.
- Work in dusty warehouse and production environments.
- Work outdoors during deliveries in various weather conditions.
- Safely operate forklifts and company vehicles (when authorized).

Preferred Experience:

- Basic machine maintenance knowledge
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, agricultural, or delivery experience.
- Forklift certification.
- Experience operating pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.
- Some knowledge of inventory control systems

Pay: $18.00-$25.60 per hour
