Warehouse Associate / Hose Technician

We're looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Hose Technician to join our team. This role combines hands-on hose testing, certification, and hydraulic assembly work with core warehouse operations — inventory management, shipping, and receiving. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, warehouse distribution experience, and the ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a rapid-paced environment.

Hose/hydraulic experience preferred but not required — we're willing to train the right candidate.

Duties

- Perform hose testing and certification
- Build new hose assemblies using hydraulic crimp equipment
- Operate forklifts (stand-up reach truck preferred) and pallet jacks to load and unload materials
- Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and order picking
- Process shipping and receiving accurately and efficiently
- Maintain warehouse organization to support efficient operations
- Assist with materials handling, including heavy lifting as needed




- Conduct regular equipment inspections and basic mechanical maintenance
- Perform occasional deliveries
- Follow OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working setting
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to meet operational goals

Requirements

- Valid driver's license with a clean abstract required; Class 5 with air brake endorsement preferred
- Forklift experience required; stand-up reach truck experience preferred
- Ability to consistently lift 50–75 lbs of product that cannot be moved via forklift
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to safely operate heavy machinery
- Experience with shipping & receiving processes and materials handling
- Experience with warehouse/electronic inventory management systems preferred
- Comfortable working in a busy, rapid-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
