Role purpose:

Primarily responsible for the cleaning of the interiors and exteriors of all company vehicles and maintaining clean, safe, and organized shop and yard areas to ensure vehicles are service-ready and operational standards are met. Candidates must be available to work from on Wednesdays (morning) and Saturdays (mid-day).

Knowledge and Experience:

- Class 5 driver's license or higher
- Ability to understand, speak, and write English to communicate effectively and report on incidents involving safety and/or service
- No criminal convictions or pending charges relating directly to the Wash Bay Attendant position

Skills:

- Attention to detail (implied through cleaning and checking fluid levels)
- Decision-making skills (implied through reporting non-working lights and replacing signs)

- Hands-on and physically active work approach
- Attention to detail when cleaning vehicles and workspaces
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items
- Comfortable operating equipment such as:
- Pressure washer

- Lawn mower





- Whipper snipper

- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently

Key Accountabilities

Vehicle Cleaning

- Clean bus interiors and exteriors according to company specifications
- Operate pressure washer safely and effectively

Operational & Yard Support

- Maintain cleanliness of shop and storage areas
- Perform seasonal yard work (snow and ice removal, lawn mowing, etc.)
- Deliver recyclable materials to designated recycling depots

Facility & General Duties

- Perform occasional small maintenance and painting tasks
- Complete related duties as assigned
