We are looking for a professional Server and/or Bartender to join our team at a busy upscale Italian restaurant.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience serving in upscale dining environments, be proficient in Italian food and wine culture and be able to deliver a memorable guest experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
Server Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly manner.
- Make food and beverage pairing suggestions
- Prepare sections and mise en place.
- Take orders
- Collect payments from tables.
- Navigate and assist with allergies and dietary restrictions.
- Assist with training of new staff members
- Process incoming reservations using Open Table / Guest Centre application
