Join Collins Aerospace as a Machine Operator - Shotpeen during weekend shifts. Support robotic shot peening processes while maintaining efficiency and quality in a vital role. This onsite position operates Friday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.

You will set up, monitor, and optimize automated processes while collaborating with Process Technicians. Key tasks include following operating sketches and improving machine efficiencies, ensuring high-quality production levels, and promoting workplace safety through positive housekeeping practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Set up equipment for robotic shot peen work
- Follow instructions for machine operation and airflow techniques
- Monitor automated line efficiencies for production
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the work cell
- Maintain safety standards and minimize machine downtime Requirements:
- High school diploma and one year of manufacturing experience
- Strong PC skills and understanding of work instructions
- Experience with material handling and hoist operations
- Eligible to work in Canada under ITAR and CCGP
