We are currently hiring for two separate positions:

1. Licensed Property Manager

2. Associate Broker

These are independent roles with different responsibilities and compensation structures. Applicants may apply for the position that best matches their licensing, experience and career goals.

POSITION 1: LICENSED PROPERTY MANAGER

Long-Term Residential Property Management & Tenant Placement

RE/MAX Magnolia is looking for an experienced, motivated Licensed Property Manager to lead and help grow our Property Management Division.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity where earnings are directly tied to the size and revenue of the property management portfolio. Our existing portfolio is currently modest; however, the division is positioned for significant growth, including a potential large-scale property management contract expected in the near future.

We’re looking for someone who sees the opportunity in getting involved ahead of that growth and wants to build their portfolio — and their income — alongside the division.

What You’ll Do

- Manage a portfolio of long-term residential rental properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants
- Market available rental properties and respond to prospective tenants
- Coordinate and conduct property showings
- Screen prospective tenants and complete tenant placement
- Prepare and coordinate tenancy documentation and move-in processes
- Conduct move-in, move-out and periodic property inspections
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with owners, tenants and service providers
- Respond to tenant and owner questions and concerns professionally and promptly
- Assist with rent collection, notices and other tenancy-related matters
- Maintain accurate property and tenancy records
- Ensure property management activities comply with applicable BC legislation and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities to grow the property management portfolio and develop new client relationships
- Work collaboratively with the RE/MAX Magnolia team and our REALTORS® to provide a seamless experience for clients

What We’re Looking For A valid BC Rental Property Management licence is required for this position. Our ideal candidate is someone who is:

- Licensed and in good standing to provide rental property management services in British Columbia
- Experienced in residential property management, leasing or a related field
- Knowledgeable about BC residential tenancy requirements
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple properties, deadlines and priorities
- An excellent communicator who can confidently work with both owners and tenants
- Professional and solutions-focused when navigating difficult situations
- Comfortable working independently while also being part of a collaborative team
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly




- Entrepreneurial and motivated by the opportunity to grow a portfolio and their own income

Property Manager Compensation Advertised Earnings Range: $40,000–$100,000+ | 100% Commission-Based

This compensation range applies to the Licensed Property Manager position only.

There is no guaranteed minimum income or base salary. Property Manager earnings are directly tied to the size and revenue of the property management portfolio and will fluctuate based on the number of properties and contracts under management.

As the portfolio grows, compensation grows with it — and there is no maximum earning limit or cap on commissions.

Indeed requires an annual compensation range to be displayed. The advertised $40,000–$100,000+ range is intended to illustrate potential annual earnings at various portfolio sizes and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed minimum or maximum income. The existing portfolio is currently smaller than what would generate the advertised range.

The division is positioned for significant growth, including a potential upcoming large-scale property management contract. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to actively grow the portfolio through new clients, referrals and future contracts.

No guaranteed minimum. No commission ceiling. Earnings grow with your portfolio.

POSITION 2: ASSOCIATE BROKER

Managing Broker Support

As RE/MAX Magnolia continues to grow, we are also looking for an experienced Associate Broker to work alongside and support our Managing Broker.

This is an opportunity for an experienced real estate qualified who enjoys the operational, regulatory and leadership side of the industry and wants to play an important role within a growing brokerage.

The Associate Broker will work collaboratively with our Managing Broker and brokerage team to help support our REALTORS®, maintain high professional and regulatory standards, and contribute to the continued development of the brokerage.

What You’ll Do

Depending on experience and the final structure of the position, responsibilities may include:

- Work alongside and provide support to the Managing Broker
- Assist with brokerage oversight and day-to-day broker-level responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to REALTORS® on transactions, contracts and brokerage procedures
- Help ensure brokerage and agent activities meet applicable regulatory and professional standards
- Assist with reviewing files, documentation and brokerage compliance
- Support agents with questions,



challenging transactions and situations requiring broker guidance
- Assist with the development and implementation of brokerage policies and procedures
- Contribute to agent education, training and professional development
- Support onboarding and integration of new REALTORS®
- Help maintain a collaborative, professional and solutions-focused brokerage environment
- Work with brokerage leadership as RE/MAX Magnolia continues to expand its services and agent base

What We’re Looking For Appropriate BC licensing to act as an Associate Broker is required for this position.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

- Holds the required BC licensing and is in good standing
- Has strong knowledge of BC real estate regulations, contracts and brokerage requirements
- Brings meaningful industry and transaction experience
- Is confident providing guidance and support to REALTORS®
- Has strong judgment and can navigate complex or sensitive situations professionally
- Is organized, approachable and an excellent communicator
- Enjoys mentoring and supporting other real estate professionals
- Values collaboration and wants to contribute to the growth and culture of the brokerage
- Is comfortable working alongside an established Managing Broker as part of a leadership team

Associate Broker Compensation Compensation for the Associate Broker position will be negotiated separately based on experience, availability, responsibilities and the final structure of the role.

The $40,000–$100,000+ commission-based range displayed in this posting does NOT apply to the Associate Broker position.

Associate Broker compensation and terms will be discussed directly with qualified candidates.
