Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner & Service Technician to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of commercial and residential windows, as well as providing essential facility maintenance services. Responsibilities

- Perform window cleaning on various building types using hand tools, power tools, and specialized cleaning equipment to achieve streak-free results.
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, light custodial duties, and equipment inspections to ensure optimal building operations.
- Safely handle heavy lifting tasks related to equipment and supplies while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate service schedules and address any special requests or concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, supplies used,



and safety inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by engaging professionally with clients and responding promptly to their needs or questions.

Experience

- Prior window cleaning, landscaping, or general labour or custodial-related experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment is highly desirable.
- Experience in facilities maintenance or general building upkeep will be advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday.
- Proven ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
