Canglow Windows & Doors is looking for an experienced Senior Window & Door Measure & Service Technician to join our growing team.

This is a field-based position responsible for ensuring every project moves smoothly from sale to production and installation. You will travel throughout Alberta to perform final measurements, inspect service and warranty issues, provide technical solutions, and help maintain Canglow's reputation for quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate final measurements for replacement windows and doors before production.
- Conduct pre-installation site inspections.
- Travel throughout Alberta to complete service and warranty appointments.
- Diagnose product and installation issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Record detailed measurements, service reports, and photographs.
- Work closely with homeowners to provide professional and friendly customer service.
- Communicate with the office, production team, sales consultants, and installation crews.
- Coordinate technical solutions with manufacturing partners when required.
- Verify that all orders are complete and accurate before production begins.
- Help identify opportunities to improve installation quality and reduce service callbacks.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the replacement windows and doors industry.




- Experience measuring replacement windows and entry doors.
- Strong understanding of residential window and door installation.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Qualified communication skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, tablets, smartphones, and digital reporting tools.
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel throughout Alberta, including occasional overnight trips when required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous installation experience.
- Warranty or service experience.
- Construction or renovation background.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications.
