The mission
As First Officer, you will support safe, efficient Caravan operations in a professional two-crew cockpit. You will prepare flights, execute SOPs, communicate effectively, and uphold the highest safety standards while delivering a smooth experience from engine start to shutdown.
Key responsibilities
Assist the Captain in all phases of flight, ensuring strict adherence to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Conduct thorough preflight planning, including weather analysis, performance, and weight and balance.
Manage checklists, radio communications, navigation, and flight monitoring duties.
Demonstrate strong CRM, situational awareness, and decision-making.
Support a just culture of safety, continuous learning, and professionalism.
Participate in initial and recurrent training and checking as required.
Minimum qualifications
Total time: 200 hours (minimum)
License required: CPL, IR, ME
Accepted licenses: TCCA only
Medical: Class 2
ICAO ELP: Level 4 (minimum)
Type rating:
Not required (training provided)
Additional requirements
Passport & travel: Valid passport and unrestricted ability to travel between Canada and the USA
Background: Ability to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
Work authorization: Eligible to work in Canada and travel to the United States without restriction
Driver license: Valid Class 5 (or equivalent)
Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is not provided; any required permits/visas or other authorizations are the sole responsibility of candidates
