Electric Mind is seeking a Senior Technical Leader to spearhead AI Enablement initiatives. This role requires a strategic mind, capable of coaching multiple teams and reinforcing best practices in AI adoption. You will work closely with Engineering Leads to elevate technical accountability and foster a review-based culture across Software Delivery Lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as key technical accountability for AI Enablement
• Coach Tech Leads, QE Leads, and Architects
• Foster a review-based culture in delivery processes




• Integrate Quality Engineering practices into the AI lifecycle
• Identify and report recurring technical patterns

Requirements:
• Senior leadership experience across multiple teams

• Proficient in software engineering and architecture
• Ability to coach senior technical roles
• Experience in code and documentation review
